Director, Building Information Modeling

Cuningham Group Architecture, Inc., an award-winning architecture firm with 10 offices around the world, is seeking a Director, Building Information Modeling (BIM) in our Minneapolis office.  The primary responsibility is to guide the strategic direction and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices within Cuningham Group.   Practices include but are not limited to: research & development, process documentation and improvement, user support, software implementation, standards development, training programs, and policy enforcement firmwide.  This position resides within the Enterprise Information Services (EIS) Business Area and reports to the Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO).   All essential functions and responsibilities shall be performed in accordance with Cuningham Group’s values and policies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop strategic direction for BIM firmwide in coordination with the CKO.
  • Manage and maintain Autodesk and BIM related software products firmwide.

  • Accredited Bachelor or Masters of Architecture degree with an in-depth understanding of Architectural practice.

The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of experience, to support the Grow Market Group. Project types include Education, Higher Education, Non-Profit, and Worship.
