This mountain lodge-like resort is nestled in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. Cuningham Group’s design consists of a casino, three restaurants, a performance theater/event center, and a hotel/convention center.
The 15-story hotel/convention center includes a 14,000-square-foot conference facility and a 659-car parking structure. The post tensioned concrete hotel tower features 244 premier rooms of 504 square feet each and eight junior suites. Amenities include a pool, 24-hour Club Cappuccino restaurant, Selu Garden Café, room service, and a full support banquet facility.Its placement along a historic trout stream near the south entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway allows the project to take its design cues from the picturesque surroundings.
