Research indicated the rapidly growing population in Fontana and surrounding communities as being underserved by physicians and health care providers. Working with the hospital’s requirements for new medical office space, Ensemble’s development guidelines and public input, Cuningham Group designed Sierra San Antonio Medical Plaza as a functional and attractive addition to the neighborhood. The new three-story building is anchored by an urgent care facility providing diagnostic imaging and lab services, while an on-site pharmacy and a community room serve the diverse needs of this growing community.
