Collaborating with Master Sommelier George Miliotes, Cuningham helped bring Wine Bar George to Disney Springs®. The restaurant is the perfect showcase for the Master Sommelier to share his passion and knowledge of wines from around the world with his guests. Featuring a limited seasonal menu, Wine Bar George gives guests an opportunity to indulge in food and wine “to go” from a walk-up window. Disney places high value on authentic details and storytelling, which allowed the design team to dive deep into the history and story from which this original restaurant concept evolved.
