Excitement is stirring as big changes are ahead for Minneapolis’s Northeast neighborhood. Earlier this week, 333 Hennepin a 28-story apartment tower, designed by Cuningham Group, was presented to the Nicollet Island-East Bank Neighborhood Association task force.
