The West End Market is the biggest change to the Minnesota State Fair in decades and, since opening, has drawn record crowds. Two popular new restaurants complement the transformed West End including vendor pavilions, the History & Heritage Center, the Hugh & Margaret Schilling Amphitheater, and the Fair’s main west entry. The West Entry manages tens of thousands of daily visitors during the annual, highly-anticipated “Great Minnesota Get-Together.”
LuLu’s Public House is the only restaurant at the Fair with a second level patio where fairgoers can enjoy food, beverage, shade, and a great view. The striking Blue Barn is owned and operated by the Blue Plate Restaurant Company and offers twists on Minnesota classics and State Fair adaptions of their best sellers from other restaurants.
