Cuningham Group assisted with the relocation of The Oceanaire Seafood Room and transformed an existing dark restaurant into a bright and energetic space. Our team utilized clean finishes, a light color palette with prominent blue accents, and decorative lighting to emphasize the Oceanaire concept, while still maintaining brand consistency.
A refreshed and open bar features a signature oyster bar, while blue lit shelving provides animation to the back bar. A wine wall separates the main dining room from an intimate private dining space. Designers created varied experiences within the main 220-seat dining area by incorporating custom upholstered booths, a captain’s table, and larger corner booths. Cuningham Group also designed a new signature canopy and exterior lounge to add vibrancy to its downtown corner location.
