New Construction, Hotel, Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, Courtyard
This dramatic urban infill project is located in the heart of Hollywood. The tight site at the iconic intersection of Hollywood and Vine was originally occupied by a large 1940’s post office. The façade of the post office was used as inspiration for the ground floor and the upper floors in classic warehouse style, with the strong red color inviting guests to “paint the town red.”
At this all-suite boutique hotel, each of the 57 guest rooms has a home-like atmosphere that includes European-style kitchens and walk-in rain showers. A grand staircase connects Cleo, the ground floor full-service restaurant, to The Library, the second level lounge bar with exterior courtyard that has become a popular event space and one of Hollywood’s hot spots.
